A mixed flow fan is a fan that is between an axial flow fan and a centrifugal fan. The impeller of the mixed flow fan allows air to move both centrifugally and axially. The movement of the air inside the casing mixes the two forms of motion, axial flow and centrifugal flow, hence it is called "mixed flow".

Mixed flow (oblique flow) fan, with a higher wind pressure coefficient than axial flow fan and a higher flow coefficient than centrifugal fan, is used in situations where both wind pressure and flow rate are "neither too big nor too small". It fills the gap between axial flow fans and centrifugal fans. Simultaneously possessing the characteristics of simple and convenient installation.
The mixed flow fan combines the characteristics of axial and centrifugal fans, and its appearance looks more like a traditional axial fan. 1、 Structural characteristics of the fan
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor and other components. The casing adopts a circular shape and is connected as a whole with a soundproof fan. The outlet is equipped with flow deflectors, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
2、 The purpose of the fan

The HL3-2A [SWF (B)] series mixed flow ventilation fan is widely used for ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust in tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories, mines and other places. 3、 Selection of fan performance

The performance of the fan can be checked on the performance table, which lists the performance within the highest efficiency range. It is divided into five characteristics according to flow rate, and the performance table should be followed when selecting. The qualified performance of the fan at the factory should not exceed ± 5% of the total pressure value at rated flow. The performance selection table refers to the performance under standard conditions. The performance specified in boring technical documents or order requirements shall be based on the standard conditions. The standard condition is atmospheric pressure=101325Pa, t=20, relative temperature PSI=50% air state. When the actual usage conditions do not meet the above requirements, relevant formulas shall be used for replacement. The fan installation method can be divided into vertical or horizontal. If vertical installation is specified in the order, and there are special requirements for performance parameters such as flow rate, pressure installation size, etc., the company will design and produce it separately for you.
